Production Design

Intending to increase both professional and production job applications (and hiring) at American Honda Motors, we developed a paid social media talent acquisition campaign to attract qualified candidates who are younger and more diverse in terms of ethnicity, lifestyle, and gender identification.

My role included retouching and color-correcting the photography provided by Honda, layout, and final preparation of the production files for the campaign launch.

Professional

This first portion of the campaign is directed towards "Professional” candidates (business services, R&D, engineering, etc.).

Production

This second portion of the campaign is directed towards “Production” candidates (actual product assembly roles).
